These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your download, installation, registration, and use of the "Deep Decoration Design AI" application and its related services, operated by Beijing Yuanchen Zhongjia Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we", or "us").
To provide you with better services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before using our software, paying special attention to the clauses regarding limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app on your terminal devices. We may update or modify the software from time to time to enhance user experience. You are responsible for ensuring your device and network connection meet the software's requirements.
You agree not to use unauthorized third-party tools, plugins, or cheats to interfere with the app's operation. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any activity that jeopardizes network security, such as hacking, reverse engineering, or maliciously creating accounts in bulk.
When publishing or generating content, you must comply with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, or sharing content that:
If we determine that you have violated these terms, we reserve the right to issue warnings, remove your content, restrict your account features, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any third-party claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.
All intellectual property rights associated with the app, including source code, UI design, text, and graphics, belong exclusively to the Company. By uploading or generating original content within the app, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content for service improvement and promotional purposes.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure service continuity, we are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, cyberattacks, or routine maintenance. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated designs will perfectly meet your subjective expectations or commercial requirements.
You may request account deletion at any time via the app settings (Profile > Settings > Cancel Account). Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days, subject to legal data retention requirements.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Changping District, Beijing.
